The quick step that turns a stumble into a recovery. Controlled, coached explosive work that gives your strength its speed back.

- Sit-to-stand power
- Low-impact plyometric progression
// 01 — Adults 55+
Balance, power, coordination, and reaction — rebuilt from the movement patterns up. The same system that builds young athletes, scaled for adults 55+ who plan to move well, stay independent, and keep doing what they love. Move right. Perform better. Built to last.
No commitment • Coached small groups • Ages 55+
Projected capacity with no training, from age 65
// 02 — Why Power
Power is strength applied fast. It catches you on a curb, gets you out of a low chair, and moves your feet before you think. After 65 it declines nearly twice as fast as strength, and most fitness programs for older adults never train it.
Adults 65 and older report a fall every year.2
The chance of falling again after a first fall.3
Of older adults who fall ever tell their doctor.3
The CDC lists poor strength and balance among the fall risk factors that can be addressed.2 That makes this trainable.
Start Yours// 03 — The System
Most programs for older adults are slow and seated. We train the qualities that keep you on your feet, using the same loop our athletes run: assess, plan, train, track.
The quick step that turns a stumble into a recovery. Controlled, coached explosive work that gives your strength its speed back.
Body control trained as a skill. Single-leg stability, weight shifts, and footwork that keep you centered when the ground doesn't cooperate.
Strength that transfers to everyday life, with the range of motion to use it. Legs, hips, core, and grip.
// 04 — Brain Health
In 2024, the Lancet Commission on dementia named 14 modifiable risk factors and estimated that addressing them could potentially prevent or delay close to half of dementia cases. Physical inactivity is on the list. So is social isolation.4
The Commission now treats physical inactivity as a midlife risk factor, so starting in your 50s isn't early. It's right on time.5
No workout guarantees a sharp mind. But moving with purpose and staying connected are two things fully in your control, and we make both easy to show up for.
// 05 — How It Works
A clear path, not a guess. Measured at the start, measured along the way.
A free, no-pressure assessment. We learn your history and goals, then measure balance, leg power, reaction, mobility, and strength.
We walk you through your results and recommend a starting level, scaled to your body and any past injuries or surgeries.
Small-group sessions with a coach watching every rep. You earn each progression before moving to the next.
We measure again on a regular schedule so you see your progress in real numbers, not just feel it.

Yes. Athleticism is a skill, and skills can be trained at any age. Every drill is scaled to where you are today, and you progress when you're ready.
When it's coached and progressed correctly, yes. Avoiding it is the bigger risk, because power is what protects you in a stumble. We start with controlled movement and build from there. You never get thrown into anything.
Tell us at your assessment. We coach around limitations every day. If you've had a recent surgery or have a medical condition, we'll ask you to get clearance from your healthcare provider before you start training.
No. That's what we're here for.
Absolutely. You can book your assessments together, and training in small groups means you'll be working out alongside people at a similar stage.
